MAREK ŻYLICZ
Professor Doctor, the most outstanding Polish representative of the science of aviation law, a former member of the Commission on Aircraft Accident Investigation of the Aviation State, negotiated and prepared hundreds of contracts and LOT (Polish Airlines) agreements as well as intergovernmental agreements. Former Vice-President of the Polish International Law Association and the Legal Committee of the International Air Transport Association. He was associated with an extensive international practice in IATA and ICAO. The winner of the first prize in the field of international law granted by the Foundation named after prof. Manfred Lachs for the book “The Air Law ? on the international, European and national level.” He is a lecturer of the international law at foreign universities, including McGill Institute of Air and Space in Montreal, International Center for Advanced Tourism Studies in Turin.
He is a long-term lecturer at Radom Academy of Economics providing lectures on legal sciences.
