The idea of specialization:
The two-year Bachelor’s degree study on faculty Education, specialization in Labor pedagogy and vocational counseling prepares specialists in the field of decreasing unemployment and increasing labor market participation. Graduates will gain the ability to organize preventive activities for those at risk of becoming the long-term unemployed, by organizing life-long education and professional development plans for unemployed. They learn ways to mobilize and organize local communities. Gain skills in testing Vocational predispositions, career planning, organizing courses and trainings. They receive knowledge of professions, learn the rules of communication and working methods of professional advisors, including school counselors as well as professional qualifications to conduct orientation and retraining both vocational and educational.

Job prospects:
Graduates will be prepared for a profession of a counselor in educational – vocational guidance institutions or employment agent: in the district labor offices, schools, middle schools and high schools (school’s vocational counselor), the student career offices, psychological and pedagogical clinics. She may participate in the work of panels of deciding on disability level and advice on career choices for people with impairments. Specialization prepares to work in companies (recruitment and staff training), and institutions specialized in counseling. Graduates are also prepared to run their own business in the area of individual counseling and career-guidance.
