About the Erasmus + Program
Radom Academy of Economics has an extended Erasmus Charter for Higher Education, both for the years 2014-2020 and also 2021-2027. Thanks to it, our lecturers, administrative staff and students can take part in various types of mobility – students can do an internships or part of their studies abroad, employees can carry out training abroad or conduct classes at partner universities, but also students or lecturers of our partner universities – can come to us.
Erasmus + is the European Union’s program for education, training, youth and sport for 2014-2020. Its total budget is EUR 14.7 billion. It builds on the achievements of European education programs that have been in operation for 25 years and is the result of the amalgamation of the following European initiatives carried out by the European Commission in 2007-2013: Lifelong Learning Program, Youth in Action Program, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus , Alfa, Edulink and cooperation programs with industrialized countries in the field of higher education.
The structure of the Erasmus + program includes the following elements:
-Action 1. Learning mobility;
-Action 2. Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices;
-Action 3. Support in policy reform; Jean Monnet program;
-Sport – thanks to the Erasmus + program, for the first time in the history of European Union educational programs, initiatives related to sport are supported.
To the Program participate 34 countries:
-27 member states of the European Union;
-other, not belonging to the EU: Republic of North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, Serbia, United Kingdom.
The Radom Academy of Economics cooperates with over 170 foreign universities and over 30 companies located in various parts of Europe – from Spain, Portugal, through sunny Greece, Cyprus, Malta, cooler Denmark, to Lithuania and Latvia.As part of the English-language inter institutional path organized for foreign students coming to us on the Erasmus + program, students of our University can also take part in the classes.
