ANNA MARIA WESOŁOWSKA

anna_maria_wesolowskaShe is a Judge, a co-author of Crown-Witness Act, an expert of organized crime. She was a member of the arbitration panels in famous processes in Łódź such as ?Ośmiornica? (octopus) and Poplin Gang. She was taking part in the decision to impose on a seventeen-year-old drug dealer an obligation to warn teenagers against taking drugs and drug trafficking on their educational classes at school.

She is an author of a series of columns  about corruption and law targeted at teenagers, part of which was the subject of the classes delivered in Łódź. She initiated a participation programme in court hearings of the students aged between 15-18 years old as a form of legal education. She was conducting at its early stage one of the first programmes of Room Hearings for Children ? witnesses and crime victims (so called Child-Friendly Room for Hearings ? Blue Room) in Poland.

She is a star of the show ?Anna Maria Wesołowska, a Judge? broadcast in All-Poland production of TVN, a Polish commercial television network.
